More cheap flights for the summer holidays, with tickets from 89 Dhs
Travel at very low prices on ultramodern planes…
If you’ve seen flight prices soar and have mentally given up on an Eid break or a summer holiday abroad, we have good news. Most likely.
Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, the UAE’s ‘ultra-low-cost carrier’, has just scheduled a bucket and shovel of new flights from Abu Dhabi to some of the country’s most beloved tourist traps. More flights mean more seats, and more seats mean better prices. Usually.
And these flights start at around Dhs 89 one way, which is less than Nando’s average bill. Shh, we love spicy chicken.
Oh the places you’ll go
The Wizz Air network from Abu Dhabi International Airport now serves more than 30 destinations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
Want to investigate how these ancient masters of desert engineering (/extraterrestrials) built the Great Pyramids of Giza, the last remaining wonder of the ancient world, first-hand? How about soaking up the sun on the volcanic sands of the postcard-perfect Greek island of Santorini? Discover the mysteries of Eleusis in Athens? Or take a road trip on those winding, leafy back roads of Georgia and Armenia (John Denver playlist optional).
