US low-cost carrier JetBlue Airways on Tuesday announced a new promotion with ultra-low fares for US travelers. The Big fall saleas the company calls this offer, allows customers to purchase flights for as little as $39 and book great packages including round trips and hotel nights.

All offers will be available until August 30 at midnight. Customers can use the carrier finder and find the best rates for domestic and international destinations. Travelers can also choose from great bundled options.

Here’s what travelers need to know about the sale and a quick guide on how to find the best deals and take advantage of JetBlue’s fall sale.

What Travelers Need to Know About the Big Fall Sale

Before jumping into booking flights or waiting too long, those interested in the big fall sale should first understand the terms and conditions. Here are the key considerations:

  • The special prices expire next Tuesday, 30 at 11:59 p.m.
  • The sale applies to travel from September 6 to November 16 and excludes Fridays and Sundays.
  • The lowest fares apply to Blue Basic.
  • Fares are one-way, non-stop unless otherwise stated.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The carrier clarified that prices include taxes and fees. However, certain services and considerations apply and may vary depending on the itinerary. For example, travel windows, blackout dates, or choosing different days may affect fare prices or availability. Some flights do not operate during the sales window or on certain days.

Rates are subject to limited availability and may change without notice. Once you have selected an attractive option, the final price may change depending on availability. If you are sure of the day and the destination, as well as the final price, and you want to take advantage of the offer, book your flight as soon as possible!

How to get cheap fares

By default, JetBlue’s Big Fall Sale page offers deals from New York. Travelers will be able to see low prices like flights from New York to Boston for just $49 one way and a two-night hotel vacation package and round-trip flights for just $265.

Once you click on your preferred choice, the platform gives you more details. For example, if you choose the vacation package, it shows that the hotel would be the Hyatt House Boston Waltham which has 3 out of 5 stars on Trip Advisor.

If you are interested, you can click on the “Select dates” button, JetBlue’s platform will display alternative dates for the package. However, this special price of $265 is no longer available.

The quickest and most accurate strategy would be to see all the offers in your favorite city. Just click on the pencil next to the city name to choose your preferred location.

JetBlue offers deals to more than 60 airports in the United States as well as destinations in Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. But not all locations have many options for this fall sale.

Let’s say you live in the Los Angeles area. The platform will display great deals such as flights to Las Vegas for just $39 and hotel and round-trip flights starting at $63. When selecting the flight option, the page will show a calendar with the different prices available, and you will usually find the promised low fares.

From our research, when selecting the package, prices tend to differ. The cheapest option for the Excalibur Hotel and Casino, shown at $63, including two nights and flights, is now $90.80 per night, for a total of $181.59 for two nights for two travelers. Travelers have the choice of free rooms or special rooms with additional charges ranging from $1.12 per night to $11.20.

There is a $25 resort fee warning and additional fees for parking. Travelers should remember that Las Vegas is notorious for its hidden hotel fees and that may not be the exemption.

There may be additional charges to pay at the hotel, but JetBlue’s final price was still $181.59 after selecting the cheapest flights. It’s your turn to book your best offers!
